How do I use my benefits/rewards points?Updated a month ago

To use your rewards points, head to your Bay Smokes customer account and enter your email address to receive a code by email. Once you've received your code, enter the code into the box on the login page to gain access. 

From there, click on Shop to move into our store front. Under the main logo, you'll see your available points. Click on the blue bar showing your available points to reveal the discounts or products you can redeem for your points. 

Once you've selected from the available items, click on the Get Reward button to redeem your points and receive a code to use at checkout for that item.

From there, you can add that item to your cart. 

Before making a payment, be sure to add the discount code into the discount box at checkout and click apply to see your new total before finalizing your order. 

Please note that only one code can be used per order. If you have multiple discount codes, please add the code you'd like to use at checkout and hang onto any others for use on a future order.
