While our products are federally legal under the 2018 Farm Bill, there may be instances where law enforcement can’t easily distinguish hemp-derived cannabis from marijuana.

To help prevent confusion, we include documentation with every order that outlines the product’s compliance with federal law and shipping regulations. Each package also features a QR code linking to its Certificate of Analysis (COA), which verifies cannabinoid content and legal status.

Even so, we always recommend using caution. Law enforcement may not be familiar with the laws around hemp-derived products, and misunderstanding is still possible.

To stay safe, we suggest:

• Keeping products in their original packaging

• Having the COA accessible via the QR code

• Using our products only in private settings

When in doubt, it's best to avoid traveling with hemp-derived products or using them in public.
