Our products are legal thanks to the Hemp Farming Act of 2018. This law made hemp, which is cannabis with less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC (the part that makes people feel "high"), legal across the U.S. Instead of being treated like a drug, hemp became a regular farm crop. The law became official in December 2018 as part of the U.S. Farm Bill. Because of this, products like THCa, CBD, Delta-8 THC, and everything on our website are legal on a federal level as they follow the 0.3% Delta-9 THC limit. That said, each state has its own rules, so it’s a good idea to check your local laws to make sure hemp products are legal where you live!
